Front Yard

Roll Tide!

Nothing much different from the former owners in the front yard, just kept neater by Pete of course. Now and then I yank out a weed but I'm a plant in a pot kind of girl.

I added the front pvc picket fence and had my cousin get me the spiffy blue shutters.

Pete is landscaper extraordinaire. Poor guy has to put up with many of the family. I'm of course his favorite because all I ever say is "sure whatever you think is best".

I'll take photos of the front at different times of the year. I'm a bit of a holiday decor nut and usually get compliments on how the house looks for the holidays. In the spring all the tulips bloom and it looks gorgeous.

New Car

Well its newish at this point, I've had it about a month. I decided it was time I drove a more environmentally responsible car. Plus the SUV was not nearly as useful in NY as it was in Colorado.

The Title

Just one of my favorite songs by a band called the Smiths. Its not a deep dark secret I forgot to mention to my friends and family. Was either this one or Girlfriend in a Coma, figured this was less freaky. Well at least as less freaky as Morrissey gets.
