Cha-cha-cha-changes

I'm back to my usual workout schedule but something is new. I have a new gym. This is my third gym in the past 12 months, but I've been upgrading at least.

My knee isn't 100% but the doctor gave me the okay to get back to things. Nice orthopedist, my sister recommended him. I'll have an MRI as soon as my insurance company gets around to approving it.

This weekend I have another race. I'll be the one in the back walking it. Its the Entemann's 5k. Yes the bakery. Should be a fun end of race snackfest. Usually its just bagels.

Your gym is very... purple...and...yellow.

That's ok. Mine has giant fake iPods. Sadly, they look even cheesier in person.

Don't feel bad about changing gyms so frequently - finding one that fits you is important. A good gym will help motivate you to keep coming back, and a crappy one will make it easier to make excuses to skip workouts, which leads to just stopping altogether.

Anyway, good luck in your race! If any old ladies try to push you into mud, give 'em a good hip check - they're weak there.
