Normally, I cannot stand that man, but that was truly moving.
I keep reading and hearing that AR passed a law against gay rights, and that is not exactly true. They (you notice I do not say we, because I voted against it) passed a law that allows only married couples to adopt children or to be foster parents. Frankly, I voted against it for the sake of the countless children in need of homes, whether it be in the foster care system or by adoption. To think that only a married couple can love a child appalled me. I did not see it as a law against gays, but as a law against the needs of children.
